4 stars: Taxify apk download - Good app. Drivers must keep their cars clean though...other than that I'm happy. But in order to use free rides you must add your card 1st with money In it...that sucks. It's not everybody who links their bank cards...some are unemployed and use only cash for certain reasons.
5 stars: - This app has been a godsend since arriving in Tbilisi where there is no Uber service. I love the fact that there is no need to haggle with the driver first and no rummaging around for coins at the end of the journey. The average wait is no more than three minutes. Excellent customer support on the rare occasions that a driver screws up. Highly recommended.
3 stars: - Maps have been faulty recently, refusing to be displayed, even after multiple restarts. As a result, drivers fail to find you. The app also isn't very user friendly. It feels as though the bare minimum was done simply to get the business started.
2 stars: - Getting a taxi can be quite difficult. Lately all I see is that there are no taxies available or the driver failed to respond. The flexible price is never in favour of the user. All in all it is much faster to order taxi via phone rather than through the Taxify app. It is a shame as I really enjoyed Taxify during the app's starting days.
