3 stars: I got a new phone and somehow my notes didn't sync even though the same email address was used. I traded my phone in so I don't have access to it anymore. I upgraded to premium to try to restore old notes but no such luck. I even email the manufacturer of the app and didn't receive a response. I'm really disappointed I can't get my notes back.
5 stars: This is an excellent app and I've been using it for years! I use it daily for everything from groceries to work projects and it's saved me from having scraps of paper floating around the house, my purse, my car. If you're a list type of person this app is perfect
5 stars: I've been using the free version since 2011. I panicked a bit when i got a new phone recently, but transferring 4 1/2 years of treasured notes and lists to my new phone was easy and quick ( took literally two minutes!) . I wish everything about switching phones was this easy, but at least i still have my grocery and gift lists, inventories, reminders, etc and can continue to access them whenever i want, where ever I am!
3 stars: I love this app. I've been using it for years. I have numerous notes on it and I keep my mileage log for work on it. But lately it has been making my keyboard stick and even when I close the app, my keyboard is stuck on the screen. This has happened on 3 different phones. It's only happening with this app. Please fix this.
