3 stars: Google Allo apk download I think the Google IM strategy is all confusing. Hangouts, Duo, Allo, Android Messenger. It's all a confusing mess. Hangouts was great when SMS was included. I really don't need this one.
4 stars: Google Allo apk download It has one glaring flaw... All gifs are downloaded to my phone despite being selected from the available database. Why isn't it more like other Messengers where it's stored on the app? The gifs came from it...
4 stars: There are 2 simple features 1. SMS fall back. If I send a message to someone without Allo, the message gets sent via SMS. 2. The ability to send from any device. Allo needs to be able to link my phone number with my Google account in order to allow me to use Allo on my tablet and hide my number
