5 stars: I forgot password and the system will not send me a password. I was logged in on my old phone and I logged out, tried logging back in and can't get in. Please help and I'll give 5stars Update: my account has been found and now I can continue using the app. It has great features and has helped me change my eating habits.
4 stars: It's pretty good- nice way to document food. And easy for my nutritionist to follow me. The app does crash a lot, several times a day. When I input the time stamp in, it initially replaces it with a time 6 hours prior. Have to manually go in and edit each photo after to correct the time. It takes two attempts to follow people, with an error sign the first time around.
5 stars: I love this for photo journaling! So easy to post. Love being able to see other people's posts to get ideas. Really helpful in reviewing eating habits. The visual component makes it easy to see what works and what could be changed. My favorite thing is the timestamp on each entry. Very helpful in making sure I'm not eating too often or too far apart.
3 stars: I have loved this app until now. Everytime I open the app and try and do anything e.g. post or view my newsfeed, I get the error message 'problem loading home. Please try again.' I can't even report this bug on the app because I get the message 'there was a problem sending your feedback, please try again.' Frustrating considering you have to pay for this app and it won't even work now.
