5 stars: I like this game because it has given me the sight to see what happens to people in this world. Will I was playing i was crying because now i know what people go through in this world. And now I know what they had to do to my grandmother when she got hit by a motorcycle. I feel so sorry for the people that get injuries.
4 stars: I'm not sure why there is so much hate around this game not being "realistic" and complaining that it is made for children. It's rated "E", of course it's made to be acceptable for children. If you want to practice brain surgery, go to med school. If you want a fun little time waster, this fits the bill. The controls are my only complaint. The target didn't always line up with where my finger was.
5 stars: I loved this game! It was fun and it helped me a lot because I want to be a brain surgeon. But this add kept on popping up and it took forever to me to actually get the tool I needed. But overall, it was a really good game!
3 stars: Honestly this game would be enjoyable if it weren't for all the Ads that keep popping up during gameplay which makes the controls very hard to use. Graphics are pretty good on this game but the controls just seems to be really difficult to manage. I think I'll try it little bit longer but honestly not feeling this one.
4 stars: To all the people who hate this game, u stink. It is lovely. But the adverts are too much.
