4 stars: I made a backup since I hadn't in a while, then looking for a contact, they had magically vanished. This is the only culprit. Extremely displeased, to put it politely....
4 stars: Works just fine for me. Sends data to me via email. Haven't tried a restore, so no idea how well it will work if/when I ever need it.
5 stars: Useful app. Not sure if my contacts are being stolen or not. But as least i get a copy of them easily.
5 stars: I lost my phone a month ago and I had it put on hold now that I got my new phone i had all my contacts back it was really great 😃
4 stars: Would be 5 stars but adds all accounts together. Option to select which account to back up would earn it a 5 star. Please.

4 stars: Works fine for a quick upload to one drive or any other cloud storage you use. Wouldn't worry about it not being alphabetical because my note 4 organises them automat...
