5 stars: The camera is relatively easy to install (plug it in) & installing the program/app to sync the camera was a little tricky at first... However, once it's set up, you can access it anywhere you have internet once you have your app, login & camera set to all the security. It does the trick, does it well, no extra complications, and I'm happy!
3 stars: Paying a subscription, but still get ads before I even get to see the video, which sucks because when I need to see the video I need to do so immediately. Also, I can't use the camera moving features without the camera freezing. You try to adjust it, and it stops working before rebooting and moving back to some default direction. The AI doesn't do anything... I still get false positives a lot.
3 stars: I am updating my review because they now force you to watch a commercial before allowing you to use the app. Works well for viewing live camera; however, focus is more on selling cloud service. I have continual issues with micro sd card recognition. Overall it works well. It would be nice to have a more universal app that works with more camera brands. Tired of same adds popping up everything i open the app.
