4 stars: I cannot get notifications. Althought the notification are on and once you open the app you can see the tripwire alarm notification I cannot get instant notification on my android once the alarm is tripped. Is anyone else experiencing this issue I tried everything!
3 stars: Can we get individual sound notifications per alarm? (Ex: separate notification sound for Human, separate notification sound for car, separate notification sound for motion, ect) this would make life easier so I'm not always looking to see what the notifications are. Also can you please stop the app from screen going off when viewing footage? As it's annoying having to always touch screen to keep screen from going off when viewing footage.
3 stars: Please fix the time zone in this app. I have trouble setting the correct time zone as it always showing Bogota location, even when I choose Eastern America location and press save. It will automatically back to Bogota location, which the time showing in the video is incorrect and it's really annoying and I've been suffering for so long. This will be my big issue and concern about this app. Please fix the time zone asap. Thanks!
2 stars: Absolutely not user friendly but it does work mostly. I can review video as needed and i get a notice when motion is detected. I cant figure out how to answer a call - i cant get to answer call button fast enough, since i dont know where it is. I also have the problem that i need to enter my password to open ...
