5 stars: Simple and efficient interface that makes set up easy and quick. Seem secure, so far haven't had any issues. It's auto-fill feature makes form competition much easier (especially credit card info), and the option to generate strong passwords is the best. Also the ability to import saved passwords from browsers is a nice touch. All in all this app makes my life much easier.
4 stars: I had problems in the past, but if I'm being honest, I was effing around with stuff on my phone. After factoring my phone and reinstalling it, (this process can be confusing and you need to remember to remove requiring the authenticator to log in to your account, BEFORE uninstalling it), it works like a charm. I use it to log into apps though my browser, phone, etc. I don't know what I would use if it went away. So don't go away.
3 stars: Great authenticator!! Other features such as password manager, storing addresses and wallet info for debit/credit cards don't work as well as they should. Lots of blank and duplicate entries. Password manager doesn't let you save multiple entries for sites using sub domains or parameters like Citibank's Best Buy account , Citibank's Home Depot account.
2 stars: For last few weeks something has changed .. I don't get the notifications from authenticator prompting me to add the code ... also it takes quite sometime to see the pop up box to enter a code even when I have opened authenticator 🤷‍♂️ checker my phone settings, app settings everything...
