4 stars: It's a fun game but also frustrating with all the pop us to entice the players to spend money. Close 1 window and another will pop up...close that window and again, another pops up! I know how to find the in game store on my own without all the frustrating pop up windows. If there was no pop ups...I would give the rating a full 5 star.

3 stars: When you buy any additional item and a game glitch occurs, losing your keys. The support people don't get back, and the game is key game ends they give you a credit 10 spins per key. Which is nothing when you could have got thousands and you spent $30 to get them in the start. I lost 6 and got 60 spins. I think it's robbery. I tried to contact you, and you still don't do anything.
2 stars: I have been playing this game for years and am part of a great Team. Although I still enjoy the game, as you progress, the cost to build your village is ridiculous especially for the very low payout once a village is complete. Would be nice to see the village payout increase as I am now rarely completing a village due to the unbelievable cost associated. Just not worth it anymore. (Very odd and out of touch generic response to my review!)
