5 stars: Genshin impact is by far my favourite game, I play it on my ps5 and I have cloud on my phone. The cloud version is really good for me because my phone storage is low, but there is a pretty significant issue, the que. It takes so long and most of the time I just get tired waiting and play something else. It says under 10 minutes wait time but easily reaches more than that. Hope you guys can resolve this issue soon!
5 stars: It's pretty good game but the the trial is a little short for players to finish their quest I would suggest to put like 25 - 30 minutes and the joining game required line is just a bit annoying since if there's so many people the line is very long I would suggest to add like a servers for players where 1 server will only have 10 - 13 players only the same goes to other server
4 stars: It's really working!!!! The graphics is insanely good 💯. And it runs smoothly!!!! It just requires a better and stable internet! The only thing needs to be improved is the waiting time. I understand that there are a lot of players are waiting to play it. Just hope hoyoverse can fix this problem.
4 stars: This app is actually great! It looks like the real Genshin Impact, I just need to wait 10 minutes at the queue, but the problem about the queue is.. Sometimes it takes too long, it literally said 10 Minutes, but it takes like 1 hour or 2 hours, and it said the current queue time is taking too long and it won't let me in, hopefully this problem will fixed ...
