4 stars: Love the game... did read that the ads help to keep the game free, but, I believe that is why you choose at some point in my case 30 times to watch an ad to get a reward. No, the ads pop up relentlessly, it is the same ads over and over again. It pops up when serving a customer, loading items, cleaning a room, it is ridiculous. Other thing why make it so long? And would not have mind spending money if options was cheaper.
4 stars: 11-27 update: customer support emailed me a promotional code and this seems to be working with all the ads popping up.. I paid for the ad free version and it worked fine. Now I play for 3 minutes and ads pop up. Emailed the team with a pretty quick response and they say they are aware of the situation, but it's been over a week with no fix! I will update my rating if they fix...
3 stars: The ads keep crashing the game and the ads get longer especially since the last update. The ads used to allow skip options or after the original 30 sec ad it would switch to shorter versions of the ads. Others have mentioned these issues and your response is not appropriate. It should be to appreciate the feedback and for you to look into correcting the encountered issues and updating it so that you keep people interested in the app.
