5 stars: The app is great, but there's room for improvement. For instance, it would be beneficial for parents to remotely install apps on their child's phone without sharing passwords, especially when they're miles away. An additional feature could include the ability to monitor search history and other activities for a more comprehensive parental oversight.
4 stars: I like that using Family Link doesn't require downloading, installing, and the connecting various 3rd party apps to keep track of my kid's virtual life. most of the tools are easy to use and the menu options are good. I wish there were a few more options for tracking and monitoring the activity but its pretty good.
4 stars: It is a great app. However, my kids have learned to decode the key to overrule the time limits. Can you make if harder and not so pattern-based or repeated PIN? They do not even gave to know my password, they can easily guess the code. But overall, I love how I can monitor their usage and track them. Even used the app to trach where my son's phone was when he left in a restaurant before.
3 stars: Overall, I really like this app, but it seems to have gotten less reliable with recent updates. I would love for the app to implement simple improvements to displaying a child's usage stats, but much more than that, just want it to reliably lock, unlock, or add bonus time when called upon. Unfortunately, those basic, core features function worse than before.
