5 stars: Absolutely love the app. I got updates until my parcel physically got delivered. The customer support on WhatsApp also helped me thoroughly. I didn't have to wait forever to get a response. Will definitely recommend making use of the Mr Price app.

I like that they provide very wide options slightly beyond your search criteria, in order to include all possibilities and related items that you might want to pair with your purchase. I would appreciate an easy 'add to basket' button next to the item thumbnail for convenience sake, instead of having to click on the item itself on order to add.
3 stars: Instead of providing a option to select to pay via app. The app leads you to place an order...it is confusing..because paying your account and placing an order is 2 very diffrent actions. I suggest you fix it

The only thing that is free is in store collection, which kind of defeats the purpose of Shopping online, I might as well go in store to buy. The money I'm paying for delivery can actually get me another item.
