5 stars: It's brilliant for communication for work and there are so many useful features and everything! Great app all around :) Only improvement I could suggest is if you could make this app compatible with smart watches (or a second version designed for smart watches) so that people could receive messages from their team members on the fly via their smartwatch and save a lot of time, increasing productivity :) That would be super awesome!
5 stars: Great app I just feel it's missing just one feature: when you need to scroll to the most recent message rather than scrolling through a number of messages in channels, there should be a button/feature for that rather than scrolling till the very last message. Also when opening any channel it automatically scroll to the last read message and not the most recent message.
4 stars: Update: Thanks for the customer service suggestions. Didn't find a solution to it being very difficult to see the bold font [differentiation when compared to non-bold font] which acts as a visual indicator that there is an unread message in a channel. I have the app on my Android OS phone.
4 stars: On a widescreen android tablet there's no option to show a sidebar view. That would be nice to have. Edit: appreciate the quick response and the suggestion to use the feedback option. Suggestion is sent. Maybe a future version will have it. Unfortunate that so much of the screen real estate is not being used.
