4 stars: Palmpay app is very good and delivers highly on it's promise to facilitate fast and easy payment of bills and interbank transfer. I use it to pay my electricity, DStv bills etc, upon which I get free coupons and discount regularly. The little fault is only with the dashboard. An improvement on the dashboard and user interface will be a welcome development. Aside this the app is very good.
4 stars: I love that it is simple and transactions are executed and completed in time. However I'm giving 4 stars because I've been unable to verify my account so I won't have limit to my transactions. I uploaded the necessary documents and it keeps being rejected. It's frustrating, the same documents were accepted by Opay
3 stars: App is really good. Please stop encrypting the contents of the narration fields; if anyone enters a special or non-English character you can convert it null before you send to the recipient. This is because recipient needs to see reason for an incoming transfer e.g. tithe to a church account, etc.; encrypting this field is a great disservice to users
