4 stars: Not as much app support as I would like and some apps like Spotify seem to malfunction alot. The interface itself could be alot more intuitive as well. A direct clone of the phone would be easier to navigate really. But it's certainly a useful tool that I imagine will improve with time. 2023 edit: The improvements have been noticeable. More app support, fewer malfunctions. The side by side app feature is excellent. Well done.
4 stars: My wife and I have a 2023 SantaFe. We have to use a cable to use the Android Auto feature which can be annoying, so it only gets used on long trips. And it doesn't always connect so it takes some fiddling with to get it to recognize our phones (its not the cable). Visually it's better then the vehicle's GUI, but we wouldn't miss it if it wasn't available with this car.
2 stars: Spotty performance. The usb connection is unreliable. I'd say for every 30 times I use the app I have to clear the cache and set up the connection from scratch. Your latest update now continually shows Tap for Spotify which it never finds. Very frustrating. When the app works it is great. I just never know what I am going to get when I start up.
