5 stars: The developer on this app is very gifted. It's amazing how many features are packed in one app, especially one that just launched. I don't know how it's done, but the feeds seems better as well. I would like a one time purchase for the removal of ads, but I'm very pleased with the free version until that shows up.
4 stars: A little dissapointed with the ad free fees. I d/led as soon as I got the notification, and whent straight to the ad free section as a life long sync for reddit user, but I don't understand why the cost is so high. Will use connect for lemmy for now. App seems decent enough.
3 stars: A really good app that seems waaaaaaay too focused on money. Like... is $30 really worth an ad-free experience when there are a half dozen other free Lemmy clients that are also quite good? I respect that people need to get paid. But the desperation to monetize really is grating and erodes the overall experience.
3 stars: Great app with loads of customisation even in the free tier. Atleast ads could have been excluded from even free tier since other Lemmy apps don't have ads. We left Reddit so that we won't get ads and currently Lemmy itself doesn't have ads. The Pro tier has features which deserve paid features but ads shouldn't be present imo.
