5 stars: I would just like to say thank you to the yaga support team for always assisting us with our issues and problems. They always effecient and your issue is not an issue any longer because if you can't sort it out yourself they always do. I have only had positive experiences since using yaga. I always recommend it as the best platform to buy and sell.

4 stars: Great Shopping App. I love how the buyer and seller are protected. I love the updates for tracking the parcel. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the kids clothing only measures in European sizes (meaning alot of people either use the wrong size or leave it blank) This is definitely my preferred means of online shopping and selling☆
3 stars: The platform is amazing, been selling for over a year now bt there are some issues with the app itself that make navigation user unfriendly. When opening an item, sometimes only the description appears (no picture). The use of the
2 stars: Having to remind customers to release funds has become a problem. Having to personally contact them is a hassle. Users can turn off notifications, so they don't reply to yaga messages and most do not add their email addresses. Also selling items takes forever.
