5 stars: yet another chat program in the endless ocean of such apps. gets the job done. you can chat individually, set up groups, send media and manage all centrally for your organization. MS Teams integration through SDO would be nice.
5 stars: Workplace From Meta is an extremely good platform for teamwork. We have used Base Camp, Asana, and other team focus platforms. However, Workplace From Meta is easy to learn. Simple to use.
4 stars: work chat is good, but I tried to answer the surveys and wasn't able to for some reason?
4 stars: works great although I've run into some issues getting my employees connected. I do wish it was a bit more simple of a process to connect everyone, but once everyone is connected it's fantastic for what we need to use it for.
2 stars: there is a problem in notifications. sometimes when I receive a message to the Android app, they stop showing on the desktop app.
2 stars: I wasn't reviving chat notifications for the longest time. It turned out that I had to go into the Workplace app, that I also had installed, and turn off chat notifications in there. I then began to receive Work Chat notifications again.
