5 stars: The option of having a good priced (less than the public transportation monthly ticket) monthly pass is really good that makes it feasible that I can completely depend on for my daily commute to work.
5 stars: Scooters are in excellent conditions and easy to use, though a little bit expensive
4 stars: I was a little shocked at the price (6c more than Tier) but decided to try it anyway. I'm also not a fan of the prepay setup. I'd rather pay exactly for my ride every time (just like Tier, Lime, etc). Pros: Acceleration is fast! Wow. Handles are nice. Three wheel action is actually better than I expected. Feels great on those bumpy rodes (-pts to Tier for that) Con: Uphill speed is terrible.
4 stars: much more comfortable that the 2 wheel ones
3 stars: The customer support is really friendly and fast. The application is quite user friendly. But, it's bit costly with some minor bugs in the app🙄
3 stars: The update is so annoying when it comes to payments, just let it be automatic like before, instead of puting 10 euros everytime Also, it is really expensive compared to other cities but i guess it is because here in Schweinfurt, Zeus are the only scooters so it's a Monopoly
2 stars: I don't like the payment system in 1€ steps. App is laggy. I had to restart it once in my 10 min ride.
2 stars: App is mediocre, sometimes map doesn't load at all. And for the scooters - they don't have fenders on front wheel so tiny bit of water on the street make...
