5 stars: Ordering is easy. Items are delivered on time, sometimes even earlier. Notifications are relevant. Such a variety of products. I love shopping at Wildberries.

4 stars: Guys, you improved your support a lot! However, the app is still full of bugs, one moment the item is available and then it's gone, showing it's unavailable. Please fix this!!! I know you can do it!

3 stars: It was not easy to update the app even after turning off the parental controls. Also this is the first shopping app that I use which is without ANY opportunity to get an advice or an assistance, no customer support option at all.
2 stars: I hated that app but I gave it a try and downloaded it again. It was a mistake. Why can't I cancel an order right after I made it? And return fee was almost a prize of an order itself. ARE YOU CRAZY?!
