5 stars: Thanks to this, my ISP could quickly pinpoint my issue and the resolution of it took just minutes. When previously similar issues were faced it took hours or days to resolve them. Kudos to the app. Note: use it only after due suggestion from the ISP.
5 stars: This app allows a tech support agent to scan your home network and identify any potential problems. It does require the tech support person to help, it won't do anything without them.
4 stars: Thank you for that App 'Blink', it solved my Video Doorbell problem. I don't think it tells all the truth as it said my broadband was very poor! Other app's say my broadband was excellent. I am not going to grumble it did what it says in this app.
2 stars: Don't what info they're getting other than up and down load speed, though seems low. Also, instructions say to put your phone next to the device at issue, then says to confirm the problematic device is next to your router. It's one or the other, and in this case, my bot vacuum is on the main floor and router on 2nd. Instrux are vague.
2 stars: I really don't like sending random data about my network out without seeing it first. You should share the collected data with the user *before* giving it to the ISP.
