Faster application too. No lagging. Happy It helps in recharging for others too even in the middle of the road with the wallet feature. Most important is, it works seamlessly. It works great!
5 stars: For additional little more price they provided good support for my outage in Airtel Broadband service (feels like they careand I didn't had to call them for it!). And network of airtel is good enough. Although I hope they don't go back with insane pricing. That day I would say bye bye to airtel. Rn it's great. Do 5 star's
2 stars: The pre-set software has very poor quality and flexibility, so it is frustrating and Airtel possibly looses a lot of customers. As an example: We used to have Airtel Broadband, that was discontinued about 2 years back because of poor service. Now, I realize that to have reliable availability of Broadband, one need to have 2 service providers. I have been trying to contact Airtel for about 6 months , BUT HAD NOT MUCH LUCK SO FAR.
2 stars: I am raising request using Airtel app. Which does not have options to reopen the request if the issue is not resolved. No call back even after requesting. Unable to use mobile data and no action has been taken till today. Almost 6 months issue. More than 5 tickets raised. When we delay payment by 1 day, we need to penalty...
