5 stars: Exceptional app !! I found all newspapers I wanted, and the layout is phenominal. Only one disappointment: in the settings I am able to switch temperature measurements, but sadly the temperature reading doesn't show up anywhere. Update (18/11/22): Google, it doesn't come on, or stay on. The number appears randomly but not permanently.
4 stars: Pretty good way to be in touch with current events, either in the United States or abroad. Seems to be very ad heavy, so it might just be my experience that needs to be adjusted. (Lots of poor, non-relevant ad content) Perhaps with more use, it will change to how and what I want to look for. For now, 4/5 but could easily get better with daily use and algorithm tuning.
3 stars: For the most part, I love this app. The main drawback is its refreshing & continually bringing you back to the top of the newsfeed after the screen orientation changes or you finish reading an article. It would be like reading an article in the newspaper and then having to go all the way back to the front page and search through the section again for what you wanted to read next. Please fix this awful glitch.
2 stars: Not the best app. It doesn't show news in the order that it was posted. You'll get news from like 2 weeks ago showing up first instead of the most recent news. Who reads news that way? I want to know what's happening now not what happened in the past. Edited to add- clearing the cache, and resetting the app does absolutely nothin...
