5 stars: It may have taken a while for customer service to answer the phone but while speaking with him. They were polite kind and assertive with helping me with my issue. They were able to resolve it and compensate me for bad customer service from the hotel. Five stars for the deals and customer service thank you!
4 stars: very handy app. Nice to have all info for you bookings on one app. easy to use. get reward credits in dollars. Easy to spend on future bookings.
3 stars: A very clutered app that seems more concerned with selling you stuff than being of assistance during your flight. The number one thing an app like this should have is a download of your boarding pass rather than making you find an email when you're trapped in an airport without reception. For sure, you can download these in advance but when you're booking while traveling and probably sleep deprived, it helps avoid mistakes.
3 stars: Streamlined decently BUT needs better algorhythns to match searched hotels to your past bookings as far as prices and amenities. Also quit BS-ing with the before tax price on hotels and put the after tax price to make searches for hotels more effective. Also make a beach view and beachside as a filter on the app. Couldn't find that option and gave to use a map and website research every time. Takes too much time.
