5 stars: Click on widget doesn't open the app anymore, found the feature useful. Other than that the app is great, cost and data usage is transparent. Update: widget link works again, fantastic customer service!
4 stars: nice app with all important information. But if you want to change your contract, then this app will not show you a complete comparison. LTE speed comparison is not shown. This will not allow a fair comparison or decision. In my case I have to contact the hotline for further information and changing my contract data
4 stars: Pleas note, in the app the password reset does not match your latest password policy from your website. Hence the app always gives an error
3 stars: You can't see the costs of you current booked options, so you don't see how much money you need to top up to cover the expense of it as well (pre-paid options). This is very annoying. Besides this (pretty essential feature) the app is easy to handle and comfortable.
3 stars: Good: Relatively smooth and easy to use. Bad: 1. Can't select and copy text to translate German. 2. No inventory or history of charges. I've just started using prepaid Allnet and I just got charged 9 cents even though I've never sent any SMS. How did this happen? It's just 9 cents so I don't want to go back and forth with customer service. But this is quite shady practice to have random charges without notice.
