5 stars: Always get the advice I need whebyn it calls for a professional. The costs are upfront and nothing is ever given for free. I believe for what you gain access to, a small membership fee is worth it if it meets your needs! Thanks guys!
5 stars: First of all let me say, it was late evening on a friday night It was the first time i tryed this. The Tech had knowledge about the problem with my car Put me at ease and pointed in the correct direction to help fix the problem. Thank you for your service
3 stars: My issue was that they never mention the $29 membership fee that you have to pay on top of the $5 join fee. Thankfully the customer assistance was able to process a full refund in a VERY timely manner which is why I'm giving it at least 3 stars. Beyond that though, they need to make the membership information more accessible before the $5 join fee is processed. And from the looks of these reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
