5 stars: In spite of the traffic, driver took a different route arriving at destination shorter time than expected. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
5 stars: One of the most useful apps ! Easy interface , many options . Though it's quite costly since then .
4 stars: Sometimes takes time for the app to locate the address i am at, it is often still hang up on previous locations for some time and refuse to refresh properly. if not careful possible to use the wrong address when ordering a taxi. Prices when it rains are incredibly high. The map is good though, i use it sometimes instead of google maps and 2gis to locate an address.
4 stars: I usually have no problem but tonight I booked twice and the drivers arrived on wrong locations both times. The pick up location on this app is not good. After two times failure with this app, I booked with Bolt and the taxi driver picked me up right away with no problem.
2 stars: This review pertains to the Yandex Eats part of the app. Please make it obligatory for restaurants to include their ingredients and pictures of the foods, and the ability to remove ingredients when ordering. Also, despite my settings being in English, some portions of the app are in Russian for some reason. Lastly, the app could use some performance improvements. With these 3 things included, it would be an amazing app worth 5/5 stars.
