5 stars: Great service. Easy to use on any device. I am pretty much always connected and it never fails. I've used other services but their year long deal is the best out of them all imo. Works on all devices and allows for custom connect options. Cannot recommend enough.
4 stars: It's a good VPN, however sometimes when there is change in networks like data to wifi or connecting to a different wifi automatically, it stops working, means it stop mobile access to internet, so you have to disconnect the VPN and reconnect. Sometime it's very annoying, specially when you are driving and it stops working and your map doesn't have access to your network anymore, so you have to stop your card and disconnect the VPN.
4 stars: I just purchased the five year deal last night. I like to ease of use for all platforms, but there aren't enough configuration settings for the firestick TV app; not even a Killswitch. This VPN does slow down my internet connection by almost 50% and I don't like that, but for what I need to use it for is good enough. If there is a way that we can fix the speed connection issue I will definitely rate this a 5 star.
2 stars: 5 year paid subscription, but I'm getting a refund. Impossible on a firestick. It will connect you again and again the same bad server, leaving you unable to stream. Apps will give you the message
