5 stars: So far I've had a great time!! They really came through for me when I needed a sitter on short notice and the person I was paired with was fantastic, I would book her again and recommend her to my friends. Ihad a great experience the first time but since I haven't been able to book another appointment the app keeps getting stopped and I'm still paying for premium
5 stars: Very easy to request a dog walker. One thing I don't like is that if a dog walker cancels, you don't know unless you check your messages. I have also had Walkers not show up
4 stars: The concept of this service is good and i like that you can see your dog travel. I wish I was able to find fast walkers for a younger dog.
3 stars: I'm grateful for the service and the sitters and walkers have been great! Dropping one star because the messaging and notifications can get wonky and the app is the only way you're allowed to communicate with your caregiver, and another star because they don't differentiate between advertising notifications and operating notifications so that you can opt out of ads and still get messages from your walker.
3 stars: The app is sometimes hit or miss. The current issues I have is it stopped sending notifications that state you've been confirmed for a service.. also.. they will show one price and then once confirmed for the service the price can change.. will be filing a BBB complaint about that though!
