4 stars: Great innitial experience with this vpn service. I like how fast it works for Netflix USA and Hulu. I would love to see an option for Netflix UK available sometime in near future though. The other suggestion will be to allow more flexibility for users to easily remove and change the available slots for devices, and not needig to wait 5 days to be able to change it. Otherwise, very good service indeed ! Thank you!
4 stars: I've used this VPN for about a year without any problems, but the Toronto torrenting server has suddenly stopped working for me. I've tried troubleshooting it but the problem still persists.
3 stars: This app has one major problem. It doubles up devices. For example, you can add it to one device. Then put it on another. Going back and forth you will quickly use up all of your slots as it starts to double up your sign-ins. You will be in an endless loop of having to delete and reinstall. Under my device settings I see the same device multiple times in their app.
3 stars: Works about half the time.. and too many advertisements. Overall, I would give this a C+ grade on user experience. Issues found: connecting and doing nothing to hide or change IP address (gives true IP address and MAC address to search engines!).
2 stars: The most unstable VPN connection . No matter which server you connect to the connection is always slow and weak .
