5 stars: While it appears that DDG has more options for active privacy, it also has bugs due to several implementations of methods. This is where Ghostery comes in. Ghostery will save you the time from battling with bugs & get the results we are looking for.
4 stars: I really like this browser but it's missing pull down to refresh. Imo that's a big miss, at least for me as most of the other apps I use implement this functionality and it's a gesture I'm used to. Feels awkward to have to hit the refresh button.
3 stars: This has been my browser of choice for a long time. This latest update has made it unuseable. It takes forever to load a page and then maybe only the title will show up. I have changed no settings. Nothing works in the Settings menu. Nothing will open. Very disappointed. Update : it is now working but I had to reinstall it and lost all of my bookmarks and open tabs. Don't like the new
2 stars: The only thing that saved it from a 1 star rating was that it used to be amazing, but now its incredibly slow and sluggish after an update. It takes twice as long to even search a simple term, and half of the time it stops outright. Maybe I'll try it again in six months, but I'm sadly going back to Chrome for now.
2 stars: Much improved and now usable. My issue is that open tabs don't auto refresh and dragging down on the screen doesn't refresh - so a bit clunky. Still clunky and fails to adjust text width to screen
