5 stars: Setup Zello work as a backup for our event. Did not need to use it but setup was easy and worked as expected in our test practice. It could be easier to create have a barcode to add coworkers, instead of sending SMS or Email.
4 stars: I would give 5 stars if they would advertise or something. Offer incentives to use the app. In a manner of speaking simple design. Easy to use. Great interface, well built, neat, good rules, abundance of personalization settings. Can't understand why it's not a thriving platform. Great throttle of data usage without sacrificing quality.

3 stars: New updates ruined app. Updates twice a month. Used to work great. Now it has connectivity issues after switching wifi on or off. I miss messages all the time. The incoming messages don't even show up. Time to start shopping for a different walkie talkie app.
2 stars: With this latest update on 1st of November 2022, it's been a headache with this app, cause you don't get the messages, sometimes I loose some clients cause of it and you only hear 6 out of 10 Zello Voice Messages!! Unreliable with the latest updates, it's been working very good in the beginning, like for the very few years but the latest updates have been messing up real bad
