5 stars: It may have taken a while for customer service to answer the phone but while speaking with him. They were polite kind and assertive with helping me with my issue. They were able to resolve it and compensate me for bad customer service from the hotel. Five stars for the deals and customer service thank you!
5 stars: I often travel internationally. This is the best travel app. End of story. No hassle cancellations, all kinds of upgrade options, FAST booking.
3 stars: A very clutered app that seems more concerned with selling you stuff than being of assistance during your flight. The number one thing an app like this should have is a download of your boarding pass rather than making you find an email when you're trapped in an airport without reception. For sure, you can download these in advance but when you're booking while traveling and probably sleep deprived, it helps avoid mistakes.
3 stars: Too many hoops to jump. Had a massive panic attack as I couldn't find my booking. Then had to jump through a series of hoops just to find said booking. It's crazy. The booking should just be there when you open the app. Verification should only be needed if changes are made.
2 stars: Didn't allow me to fill in passenger passport info or check in for the flight, or print your ticket. Make sure you go to the airlines own website to get all that sorted. They won't tell you any of that either, meaning you could turn up at the airport and be unable to fly or have to ...
