4 stars: Worked, until I cancelled my subscription (to cancel auto renew), then lost the subscription benefits, despite still being inside the current duration! Now it wants me to pay again to re-enable, despite having another month left. Will update this once resolved. Currently can't get through to support as the number on the bottom of the invoice
3 stars: I've enjoyed this app except ever since the last update, my app won't go past the initial loading screen. We pay as a business to use this service, so this is a HUGE problem being unable to access the app.
3 stars: Hey, this app is broken in Android 12! Everything is messed up, messages don't go on top, the first text received or sent stay in the conversation preview. Hard to navigate around with this
2 stars: The overall app experience is pretty smooth. Unfortunately, the app explicitly refuses to work if it detects a VPN. I won't compromise my privacy, especially for personal communications. A phone app should not be dictating this kind of policy. I also don't like that you have to use Google, Facebook, or Microsoft to sign up. I'd prefer to use my email address and password.
2 stars: It worked for a while, then all of a sudden I cannot login anymore on the browser. I tried but their phone verification isn't working. It kept not recognizing my US cellphone #. Oh well, switched back to Google Voice.
