5 stars: I had never heard of this app one of my friend had referred to me. This Try and Buy concept is quite nice and helpful. I ordered a few trial products from it and was happy with the products. It was quite unexpected but nice. I would also like to shop from smytten someday.
4 stars: My first order was really good one. I was so suprised by the products. But after I updated the app, I can't select which gift item do I want with the trials. Also response from the team is a little bit slow. Overall smitten is good because we can try everything without making our pockets empty!
3 stars: Placing trials orders is fun, but there is one consistent problem with smytten, grievance redressal is done in haste and sometimes the complaints are closed without any proper reason or without even responding. Also few sample products come half empty or empty most of the times such as perfume bottles, zero trial point products etc.
3 stars: This is a nice app, allows you to try products before you buy. But the only drawback is when you really go to buy the products the quantity is still the same and the price is high. Also I gave reviews of multiple products that I tried, there were 3 such product reviews where I didn't get any points. Seems there is an issue with the review point system as well.
2 stars: Lately this app is acting strange, twice my order it didn't print my address fully just one part of it was printed. Mailed the very first time it happened but it went blank...
