5 stars: The best calendar app available. Strikes highest points in both customizability and simplicity of design. Fully integrated with GCalendar without forcing an online calendar. Only complain is the UI could be made more beautiful. Other than that, the customizability and simplicity is second to none, at least since SolCalendar was dropped.
4 stars: Overall, this app has been very useful so far. I just wish i could drag and drop events/tasks in the schedule page to change the scheduled time. Also, I wish that there was an option to control all day tasks showing first on the weekly and monthly pages. I personally would prefer to see my scheduled events but the all days tasks block out the events because there are first.
3 stars: I am generally a fan of this calendar. I like the pinned summary to reduce reminder pop-ups. However, as of this morning there is a recurring event I had from around 9 years ago which suddenly showed up every day. It is not on the Google calendar, so this app is responsible. Hopefully they can fix these issues.
3 stars: Great app, but lately it stopped synching well: even if the Google Calendar app shows the updated calendar (like a new event created from the Calendar website), aCalendar does not reflect the change. UPDATE: I tried launching the app today again (re)gave permissions, and even when forcing a sync, some events from the main calendar just do not appear. It's a pity, I really loved the app.
