5 stars: Services are good. But sometimes there is gps tracking problems.. status shows that trip is not started but actually trip was going on.. so we can't buy online ticket.. Sometime public adress systems is not working In the running bus .. Sometime public adress systems is not properly respond..
5 stars: The bestest app which helps us to track the bus ,and offcourse all buses are on time. A great initiative by NMC!
4 stars: I'm using this app from several months for locating the bus station nearby or bus timings but sometimes the app faces server down or recovery problem,bugs,dont showing the tickets prices and the buses had been delayed 😞 plz try to create new update by resolving above issues.I will be very glad by fulfilling above requirements.Thx 😊.
4 stars: Nice service Two Issues to improve service : GPS NOT WORKING MOST OF THE TIMES : The GPS tag is not updated most of the times leading to uncertainty ofcurrent location of required bus. Please ensure it is enabled at all times. Ticket thru QR mode : Enabling this would resolve issues for providing exact change for fare ticket. Kindly introduce this for all passengers. Thank You
