4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: Its a good app in general. Be aware that drivers accept the trips and then cancel them. I then realised that it was because I was on a main street and they couldn't stop. The app should mention this. I had to wait 15 min or more and had 4 drivers cancel, it was quite frustrating. The rating system has limited options for what went wrong. If I write a comment but don't select one of those options it doesn't let me rate 😑
3 stars: It's a good app. But takes so long to match drivers, gives me a 10+ minute wait, and sometimes just my driver cancels (by driver?)... I frequently just give up and try another service. I guess this is not an app issue... But it's the service offer after all...
