5 stars: I have been using this app for about 2 year now, Customer care is above average , the delivery system is great. I've been in Abha, Riyadh, Jiazan - They truely care for the customers. Just a great service. For the products - just I want to suggest a more streamline presentation - more pics info and comparisons. Thanks again.
4 stars: I didn't have the best experience at noon. My first order has been cancelled because it took too many days to be delivered. Delivery is always delayed, and now my problem is my item didn't come even though it says that it's been delivered. Plus, no delivery guy even called or texted. Edit: They've already accepted the return refunded my payment. It isn't bad after all. Been using it for about 2 years now.
3 stars: Edit: app and website does not work outside UAE. That's very inconvenient. Lost 2 stars because of this issue. Old review: I love Noon! Quick delivery, great service. Always on time. Wish they would consider paper packaging to be environmentally friendly, but still happy with everything!
3 stars: I feel cheated, yes the things are a bit cheap but once you start putting them into the curt they add a lot of other expenses so it kind of makes it hard if you had fixed cash and nothing else. I'd rather they just put the delivery fee separate so that you can know how to budged with them easily.
