5 stars: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME.... but I hate that the game is constantly kicking ... my 3 accounts. Upgrade servers for THIS game or add more. Not add more games, that's quite annoying when I mail in game for help, I have to chose the game I'm asking for help in. Then I get the same response 'Uninstall then reinstall the game.' That's not helpful at all. BUT I DO LOVE THE GAME.
4 stars: It's a fun game, but the apparently intentional sluggishness of both the interface and the loading screens as a time gate makes it very frustrating at times, so I have to knock a star off for that. Also, I don't know how they make any money, none of the store packs are remotely worth the price. The only thing worth buying is elite status.
4 stars: I love this game it is very entertaining and I play it every day. But there is one problem, when you try to exit the Research lab it plays the sound,but it doesn't work. I need to exit and reopen the app.
3 stars: Good game when it works. I've been playing for ~3 yrs and I love it. It's fun, addictive, and has nice graphics and gameplay. But it sometimes has glitches, and customer support is inconsistent. (Sometimes helpful, sometimes not.) If you're patient with these glitches, then I suggest trying it out! But if not, this might not be for you. Overall, I love the game, but the glitches lessen my experience.
