4 stars: Simplified and accurate driver location status. Not a big fan of being presented the option to tip before destination arrival and the tips are not editable when accidentally pressed any of the options. Sometimes, the drivers are systemically reassigned 3x or more so instead of 15 minutes wait on the original driver, you end up waiting 45+ minutes. Other than that, it is easy to use and very quick to launch.
3 stars: When I first began using Uber the service was great and I had zero issues with the final price matching the price given at the time of ordering a ride. But as of the last year or so, I'm charged more than the initial price. Uber says I've hit the limit of price adjustments and yoo bad so sad. So I guess they can increase the price after the ride is completed and the passenger has no say.
2 stars: I have been using this app and service for a couple of years and have had my fair share of unpleasant and great experiences but this year; it really hasn't been great.
