5 stars: A wonderful application especially for students. No minimum balance. The facilities are modern and very convenient. Very user friendly interface not difficult to use at all.
4 stars: Beautiful App with a sexy UI and amazing UX. I'd rather use Fi over going to a physical bank. Have recieved my Fi card with the stickers. Cool stuff. But I'm having issues with the app not loading sometimes and this is very irritating when I have to make payments as i have to reinstall and login to access Fi.. Please correct the issue and keep up the good work. Thanks.
3 stars: The app on my phone fails to open 8 out of 10 times. There is a message on display, that there is something wrong please relaunch the app. apart from that it's a wonderful app and very good platform to invest in mutual funds. Also the interest rates in fd are a little better than usual banks. But app server needs to be fixed. After that 5 stars.
2 stars: App works great. However customer support and support systems are pathetic and painfully slow. They lost my initial debit card shipment, and customer care kept repeating pre filled responses and was of little support. Would not recommend for serious banking.
2 stars: So much disappointed. With the last update the app is not opening at all. All the time it taking time and at last it show something went wrong please restart the app . So please solve this problem because I had faced lots of problems because of this. Thank you.
