4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: Its a good app in general. Be aware that drivers accept the trips and then cancel them. I then realised that it was because I was on a main street and they couldn't stop. The app should mention this. I had to wait 15 min or more and had 4 drivers cancel, it was quite frustrating. The rating system has limited options for what went wrong. If I write a comment but don't select one of those options it doesn't let me rate 😑
3 stars: I have had issues with some of the drivers not following the GPS,and I would try and file a complaint, and was informed live chat was in Spanish only,and would give me an 800 number to call,and would not work with my phone carrier. Also a couple of rides where I told my balance would be adjusted accordingly, and it never happened. Need to make live available in English.
2 stars: Took ages to get a driver. Drivers cancelled. Couldn't add destinations once trip started. Overall, terrible user experience. Only thing that made up for it was an amazing driver who saved the night
