5 stars: The service has improved since l commented last. The quality of voice is better, clearer. Actually l use this app for phone calls only and all friends and relatives across the world who have been introduced to it by me are very happy with it. They had never heard of it and were surprised at the excellent quality of voice and clear communication. However, we still have to face disruptions and disconnections occasionally.
5 stars: It's helpful. It saves time as it is fast and easy to use. Camera is very clear. Sound needs to be checked as it sometimes fades down or it becomes intermittent.
4 stars: Has been one of the most clean apps to converse and be happy without any lag and issue. Performance is good with network and less latency issues.. needs some work on the notification part. As sometimes the incoming text or call is not at all visible until you open the app. Needs work.. but terrific otherwise.
4 stars: I hv encountered no issues while texting, sharing and receiving posts n video clips, and on phone and video calls. The images are crisp clear and of high quality. BOTIM works well for me.
3 stars: generally was working well with good connectivity. but lately since update in July 2019 there is disturbance during a call.... there is constant ringing - like the rings when multiple text msg are received consecutively. (even though there are no incoming msgs). this needs to be addressed as it is very frustrating. and the app itself shuts down suddenl...
