5 stars: Noon improves a lot in all those years since it's launch. The app is very user friendly. Product description and delivery information are very accurate and hassle free. Enjoy using it. The product quality is also very good. I am highly recommend this app for your buying in KSA.
4 stars: I like the overall experience of the app , however, some attention to details can increase value of the app , for example sometimes I see low quantity of items with count 0 which shouldnt happen , get it together is also misleading when I thought I can control the date of the whole older , but it seems no possible
4 stars: I didn't have the best experience at noon. My first order has been cancelled because it took too many days to be delivered. Delivery is always delayed, and now my problem is my item didn't come even though it says that it's been delivered. Plus, no delivery guy even called or texted. Edit: They've already accepted the return refunded my payment. It isn't bad after all. Been using it for about 2 years now.
2 stars: I did order quite a few times in noon and was given an option for same day delivery with a charge, I even tried the 15 mins delivery option but none of this are true in my experience! Why do you charge your customer and why even have this option if you can't fulfill it! Terrible! I even emailed the customer service last time and no response was made...
