5 stars: This app is the easiest,fastest and the simplest app to log in and operate. Thanks to jio team. Once again,it's now 2022 and it has been 2 long yr since the last time I was here. Was Just passing by and noticed that jio team still needed some help, so I just stopped by to see if I could be of some help. Nevertheless this jio app is still very much the best among all other competitors right now.
5 stars: App is useful but I don't understand why this app is too heavy. Final purpose of this app is only to recharge and to check data balance. Most of the people are not interested in checking any other stuff you are showing on this app. It takes too long to update data balance. Atleast please make a light and fast WIDGET which can show balance data on home screen. It will be very useful to track our data.
4 stars: ~~App does not show true state of their network. It just pings some server and does a speed test to determine if network is okay. Doesn't show if network is conjested. From 6am to 2am their network is down always. Another useless Indian company. Doing things halfway as always.~~ Edit: looks like my phone's sim slot hardware went bad. No problems from second sim slot. Sorry Jio care. My bad. I changed rating from 1 star to 4.
4 stars: I am using this app for a very long time. But one thing is irritating me that when I buy an add on pack over a monthly plan it works but when i activate the monthly pack the add on pack show expired before the expire date...
