4 stars: I love this game. It is one of my favourite games ever. This mobile version is also the definitive version of the game. But I have one problem and it's that whenever I delete a file and start a new file in the save slot, it would just say that the new file is complete. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help. If you can change that, I would definitely bump it up to a 5.
2 stars: Too often does the game not register button presses, or does not register a button being held. Game works fine at early levels but becomes increasingly unplayable at later levels. It's a weird bug. I'm awesome at the game on the original console, but awful at it on the phone as Sonic doesn't do what I want it to do 20% of the time.
2 stars: Not sure why the adware version gets updates, while the paid version is left to rot in the trash. CD saw this preferential treatment as well. Honestly, I'm disappointed that you(Sega) value the ads in the ad version more than updating the paid version with any bugfixes and whatever.
