5 stars: I prefer this one to the app recommended in the Manual of my Mi Band 7 because it allows me to use the imperial system instead of metric. In general it works really well and is intuitively organized. It's easy to find things. I kind of wish it had more information about my watch features, like more in depth about HOW it measures my sleep quality and stress level.
5 stars: I use this app to track my quality of sleep. It took a bit of effort to get the app settings tweaked so I was happy with it. Once set up, it has been interesting to see what lifestyle changes can improve sleep statistics. For such an economical app and device it has been surprisingly helpful for my quality of sleep.
4 stars: Generally nice interface but I have a problem with sync sometimes and I believe that has to do with the firmware updates. Because once they're done the problem is solved and the Bluetooth connection is perfect and the syncing 👌 and this is a problem because a lot of times I have lost the track of my progress and this is no good. Apart from that everything is fine 🙂

The only problem is it randomly just disconnects and whenever I try to connect my smart band, it just refuses to do so, and I end up rebooting both the smart band and the tab which I am using.
